We have a new HOA Resident Portal

Our HOA is transitioning to PayHOA as our primary system for homeowner communication, architectural requests, notifications, and community management.

This change is part of our ongoing effort to improve communication, reduce delays, and provide a more reliable and transparent experience for residents.


Why We Are Making This Change

For many years, most HOA communication and requests were handled through email. While that worked for a smaller community, it has become increasingly difficult to manage efficiently as the volume of requests and communication has grown.

Some of the challenges with the old process included:

  • Long email chains and confusion
  • Spam and junk mail filtering issues
  • Difficulty tracking request status
  • Delays caused by incomplete submissions
  • Increased workload on volunteer board members

Our goal is to modernize these processes so requests are easier to submit, easier to track, and easier to manage for everyone involved.

Residents will be asked to create a PayHOA account and begin using the system for:

During the transition period, we will continue assisting residents who need help getting started.


Architectural Requests Moving Forward

Beginning on a future date to be announced, all architectural requests will need to be submitted through PayHOA.

This helps ensure:

  • Faster review times
  • Improved transparency

Requests submitted outside the system may experience delays until they are properly entered into PayHOA.
