Our new 2022 Deed Restrictions have been approved by a majority of Marilyn Estates homeowners and are now in effect after having been filed with the Harris County Clerk.
Over a year and a half went into developing our new regulations; they are easier to understand and enforce, and are in compliance with Texas HOA laws. Please familiarize yourselves with this important document as our Deed Restrictions will necessarily be enforced.
