Our Marilyn Estates Deed Restrictions Revisions Committee, after almost two years of hard work, discussion, resident input, and compromise, has finalized the much needed revisions to our Deed Restrictions. It’s important for Home Owners to review the proposed revisions prior to our voting for adoption later this Spring. The documents are posted here for your convenience:
