In 2019 Marilyn Estates property owners approved a set of Deed Restrictions written in 2013, covering updates necessary to the previous 1995 restrictions. These 2013 Restrictions have been filed with Harris County and will govern all issues regarding property usage in the subdivision.
After the 2019 session of the Texas Legislature is complete, we will put together a group to go through the Restrictions, since there are issues impacted by new laws and city ordinances since 2013.
